No. 47 Murray Hill Square

Built in 1860 by a New York banker, the original Larch cottage was named for the larch trees on the property and is at 31 Hobart Avenue in Summit. The current owners are carefully restoring their home to its American Gothic Revival splendor. The house has unique balusters in the porch railing and elaborate details on the gables.
